School uniform
We believe that a school uniform is important:
- It looks smart
- Wears well
- Contributes to a sense of belonging and community
- Makes children feel equal to their peers in terms of appearance
- Fosters a feeling of pride
- Is designed with health and safety in mind
We ask that all children wear the uniform and encourage them to maintain a good standard of clean and tidy dress in school. The uniform is designed to be practical, maintainable and good value for money. Parents are asked to ensure that all items are labelled clearly with their child’s name. For safety reasons we ask that the children do not wear jewellery in school and it is important that children are properly dressed for physical activity. PE kit should be kept in a named drawstring bag.
At Esgob Morgan our children spend at least 1 hour a week in forest school/ECO sessions. Warm clothing is needed for this please see the forest school tab for waterproof suits, fleeces and joggers. We do have wellies available at school but you are welcome to send a pair to leave in your child's box.
We have worked with School Trends for many years. They offer a direct to parents online service. This is their most popular service. Simply follow the link below which will take you to our page with all uniform. PE Kit t shirt and forest school uniform does not have to have the school logo this allows children to use these garments outside of school.
Some parents may be eligible for a uniform grant of £125 from Denbighshire County Council to help purchase school uniform. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION
