Subject: Upcoming Estyn Inspection Notification

I am writing to inform you that we have received notification regarding an upcoming inspection by Estyn, scheduled to take place from Monday, March 3rd, to Wednesday, March 5th. This presents an excellent opportunity for us to showcase the remarkable achievements of the children at Ysgol Esgob Morgan.

On the first day of the inspection, immediately following the school day, there will be a meeting with the inspectors. During this meeting, your insights regarding the school will be invaluable as we discuss our strengths, areas for improvement, and any other matters that may arise. Your participation would be greatly appreciated, and I encourage you to share your experiences and stories with the inspection team.

In addition, I will be sending out a questionnaire for your completion, which I will communicate to you via text.
