Croeso yn ol! Welcome back. I hope you all had a lovely half-term break. We have a busy term leading up to Christmas. Keep an eye on the school calendar. Our first trip is next week, Thursday 14th November, to the cinema as part of the INTO Film Festival. Children can bring a small snack and a soft drink. 

A few changes to PE and forest school, so I thought it was easier to do a post here for you all. 

Wednesdays-Forest school sessions starting 13th November Pupils will be split into two groups and will spend the morning or afternoon in the forest with Ms Groves. Please ensure your child has a coat and is dressed appropriately for outdoor activities. Their clothes may get muddy! As the weather gets colder, a hat, scarf and gloves are recommended.  

Friday - PE As swimming has now finished, our PE day will be a Friday. Pupils can come to school wearing their PE kit. White t-shirt, black joggers, leggings or shorts and their school jumper or cardigan. 

I have set up a new TT Rockstars battle as discussed with many of you at parents' evening. This time they are battling against each other in their houses. Clwyd, Asaph, Kentigern and Elwy. Please make sure your child brings their reading book and record to school each day. They are keen to meet their accelerated reader target. This is written in their diaries and their reading range at the front of the green diary also. You can have access to your child's accelerated reader account and can be notified when they quiz in school. Please contact Mr Schrimshaw about this.
